To celebrate our 50th day of school, Kindergarten had a PANCAKE DAY!! Chocolate chips, cinnamon, and maple syrup....what a delicious combination!!

proved to be a very fun day!! Everyone in the class showed their Riverside Pride, and we did some fun activities for FUN FRIDAY! Marble painting and M&M graphing...

Pumpkin Time!
In October, Owen's mom, Mrs. Gustafson, and I brought in some pumpkins for the kids to gut. The children guessed how much the pumpkins weighed, how many seeds were inside, and then, I took the seeds home to bake. The next day, we had them with our snack! YUMMY!
October - Fire Safety Month
In October, we had the pleasure of having real firefighters from the Oneonta Fire Department visit our classroom! Mrs. Lewicki's class and Mrs. Rivera's class got together to learn about fire safety.
